Curaplex Glucose Start Kits
The Curaplex Glucose Start Kit provides everything you need to check glucose levels. The Glucose Start Kits can be purchased in either a 21 gauge x 1.8mm (8600-G0021) or a 25 gauge x 2.0mm lancet (8600-G0025) and both are stored in a perforated bag.
KIT INCLUDES:

(1) Adhesive bandage, 1” x 3”
