Return Process

  Log into your AED account and navigate to the orders section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and accessories are included and intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
